We specialize in high-functioning, custom commercial spaces tailored to your business identity and daily workflow. Our extensive portfolio includes large-floorplan dental and medical offices—focusing on patient lobbies, comfortable break rooms, accessible bathrooms, surgical suites, and consultation zones—as well as boutique retail environments like toy stores, design studios, and home decor shops. We are also active in designing unique community spaces, including a modern youth church facility.

ABOUT US
Hi, I’m Autumn, Owner and Principal Designer of Pepper and Olive Interiors. P&O's journey is a personal one. It began in 2003 with the purchase and renovation of our family’s 1898 Victorian
cottage in Redlands, CA. The home was in rough shape, with crumbling lath-and-plaster walls, held together by layers of wallpaper. Back then, resources were limited, and finding the right
period finishes meant going through the historical society and digging through library archives. This project ignited my passion for design and architecture, and to this day, I continue to
drive by that home to ensure it’s being well cared for.
Since then, we’ve grown to a small but mighty team of four, and have designed, built, gutted, renovated, and furnished everything from 1,000-square-foot homes to 9,000-square-foot
commercial buildings. We approach every project collaboratively with our clients, with a dedication to providing a well-processed concierge experience that we've developed over the years. Our
processes allow our clients to feel supported and cared for, while our eye for detail focuses on creating and managing the execution of beautiful, functional spaces. We believe that your
home’s unique architecture, combined with thoughtful design and soulful pieces, makes for the perfect backdrop to a life well-lived.
